Risk mitigation through strategic dual sourcing and identify special process gap assessment

Traineeship Project Description:

End to end sourcing / process of record to mitigate supply chain risks.

The project includes

• RFQ management,
• supplier selection (Based on guidance),
• Quote comparison,
• Commercial negotiation
• supplier selection,

Award and process per Applied’s internal process.

Desired Skills Required:

• Excel / Power BI
• Data analysis
• Procurement and sourcing knowledge
• Process mapping
• Communication and stakeholder management
