LMK Configuration Engineer (계약직 Bill of Materials Operator, 전공무관)

• Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong communication skills while operating in HVM manufacturing environment. 

• Support global configuration engineering community by participating in and supporting others within the role community. 

• Configure unique Sales Order Bill of Material (OBOMs) from customer quotes and non-standard requests (NSRs), with a goal of zero defects. 

• Review of incoming OBOM change order (CO) requests to understand engineering, supply chain and manufacturing impacts. 

• Adherence to OBOM Change process and high-level of accuracy in implementation of those changes.  

• Ensure timely implementation of unique customer-specific requirements and engineering changes on OBOMs. 

• Ability to hold yourself and peers accountable to high quality configurations using existing tools for self-review and peer-review. 

• Participate and in cross functional teams to resolve issues throughout the lifecycle of an order. 

• Knowledge of semi-conductor industry, or similar high tech manufacturing industry. 

• Experience in problem solving techniques and tools, including 8D and PSDMP. 

• Understanding of planning and order management processes. 

• Basic understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) structures, configuration control, and change management processes. 

• Previous work experience in a manufacturing / configuration engineering environment for physical parts.  

• Proven ability to adapt to urgent issues and process changes.
