Key Responsibilities

  • Set up test benches and system software simulator using customer configurations, and develop automated scripts to validate AIX software products, standard packages, and dashboards.
  • Monitor issue tracking database and generate metrics to track team performance and activities.
  • Track and escalate critical issues within the issue tracking system as needed.
  • Drive software quality through AIX/System software integration testing and collaborate with all AIX teams to share findings and improvements.

Functional Knowledge

  • Strong field operations knowledge is required, including a solid understanding of customer operational models and the FSO account team’s service business.

  • Demonstrates both conceptual and practical expertise in the primary discipline, along with foundational knowledge of related areas.

  • Understands industry best practices and how the function integrates with other teams.
  • Maintains awareness of competitive landscape and key differentiators in the market.

Leadership

  • Collaborates with multiple AIX and SSE teams to improve overall software quality and operational effectiveness

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
