What you’ll do

• Drive engineering execution across endpoint & client services platforms, ensuring solutions are implemented in alignment with architecture standards & operational requirements
• Act as a key contributor in automation & integration, developing & scaling solutions that reduce manual effort and improve consistency in endpoint management & vulnerability remediation
• Partner with security, architecture, and engineering teams to manage and improve endpoint vulnerability posture, including identification, prioritization, remediation, and reporting workflows
• Support the implementation of endpoint security controls, compliance baselines and patch management strategies across global environments
• Ensure integration between endpoint platforms, vulnerability management tools, ITSM systems and reporting capabilities to enable end-to-end visibility & control
• Participate in solution design discussions, providing engineering feasibility input and helping shape designs that are practical, supportable and scalable
• Support service transition activities, ensuring engineering deliverables, automation workflows and operational readiness requirements are in place prior to BAU handoff
• Develop & maintain scripts, automation frameworks and orchestration processes to improve endpoint lifecycle management & vulnerability response times
• Monitor operational performance & vulnerability trends, identifying opportunities to improve automation, standardization and remediation efficiency
• Collaborate with global operations teams to ensure consistent adoption of engineering standards, tooling and processes across regions
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across endpoint engineering, vulnerability management and service operations practices
• Take on ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience in endpoint engineering, infrastructure engineering, client services, or related technical domains, with hands-on exposure to automation and security/vulnerability management practices
• Hands-on experience in endpoint engineering and management platforms (e.g., Intune, MECM, AVD, or equivalent)
• Strong experience in vulnerability management, patching strategies, and endpoint security controls
• Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or equivalent)
• Working knowledge of systems integration, API-based automation, and orchestration tools
• Understanding of ITSM processes, particularly in incident, change, and problem management related to endpoint services
• Experience supporting or contributing to service transition and operational readiness activities
• Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and drive improvements in engineering and service performance
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across engineering, security, and operations teams

Certifications (preferred) : 

• Endpoint / EUC Platforms
  • Microsoft Endpoint Administrator (Intune)
  • Modern Desktop Administrator or equivalent
• Security & Vulnerability Management
  • CompTIA Security+
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) – Associate level acceptable
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or equivalent (nice to have)
• Automation / Cloud / Integration
  • Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate
  • Azure DevOps Engineer or equivalent
• IT Service Management
  • ITIL Foundation
• Program & Delivery
  • Agile / Scrum certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
