Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the recruitment process in a country/sub-region or BU (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
Design the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Build quality relationship with the internal customers and external agencies, colleges, institutes and associations
Monitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process
Monitors the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant
Manages and develops the team of HR Recruiters
Participate in global staffing initiatives as country/regional representative
Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers
