Engineering Quality Technical Program Manager for WET Product Group, focusing on managing engineering quality, NCE/NCI disposition, cross-functional collaboration, and program health tracking.
You will be a key contributor to the WET Product Group, within the Engineering Operations Team, supporting Sabre 3D and Sabre products.
The Engineering Operations Team reports within the WETS PG Engineering Department, so we are closely aligned with PG Engineering goals and objectives.
We also work hand in hand with Electrofill Product Management Team and GPS / Quality.
Engineering Operations operates in a very dynamic environment and is deeply engaged in numerous PG deliverables, and central to the PG’s success.
You’ll be part of a very interactive team that offers independent areas of ownership while working within a tightly collaborative small team environment.

The Engineering Quality TPM will have direct and highly impactful influence on Engineering Quality.
You will solve real world problems, in a fast paced environment and provide solutions to internal and external groups.
You will be involved in, and directly contribute to, highly impactful PG programs and projects.
You will impact areas of direct concern to the customer.
Position will be focused on Technical Program Management within the Electrofill Engineering Operations team, owning Engineering Quality, including the following:
-- partner with SET, MFG, and GPS partners as engineering representation
-- key player in Quality CFT, requiring tight collaboration for assessment of customer impact and intake of quality issues to the PG
-- will be SPOC accountable for engineering owned NCE/NCI and dispositioning 8D’s
-- priority assessment and designation
-- drive Engineering solutions
-- manage the priority and assign the work to the appropriate quality design engineer.
-- identify high value “Low” NCe/NCi, drive to project closure. Give visibility and weight to impactful quality issues that would normally struggle to rise above the waterline
-- research data, provide input affecting major PG program and product decisions
-- Own program plans, milestones, schedules, risks, and performance metrics
-- Operate in a global, high-interaction environment with frequent reviews, milestone tracking, and executive escalations
-- Lead cross-functional programs with strong governance, escalation, and stakeholder management discipline
-- create and drive a close loop quality process, assess long range effectiveness of solutions
-- devise and launch a program to track, and own, program health. This includes course correction/adjustment.
You'll closely collaborate with several internal and external groups: Product Management, PG Engineering Management, PG Engineers, Supply Chain, SET, LIGHT India Engineering Team, Key Account Technologists and customer teams, Operations, Field Engineers.

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
