The Manager is responsible for leading the Training, Project & Supporting (TPS) organization to enable manufacturing excellence, operational readiness, workforce capability, and quality system compliance across Lam Manufacturing Taiwan (LMT).

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities：

1. Lead and develop a high-performing TPS organization, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
2. Ensure efficient material resupply and finished goods crating operations to support manufacturing and customer delivery commitments
3. Develop and implement training, certification, onboarding, and workforce development programs
4. Maintain and enhance Manufacturing Quality Systems (MQS) to ensure ISO compliance and audit readiness
5. Drive cross-functional projects related to capacity expansion, productivity improvement, digital transformation, and operational excellence
6. Establish and monitor KPIs to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and employee development
7. Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Global teams to support business objectives and operational growth

Who we’re looking for

Education

• Master's Degree required in:
• Industrial Engineering (IE)
• Mechanical Engineering (ME)
• Electrical Engineering (EE)
• Information Technology (IT)
• Or related engineering discipline

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of management experience in manufacturing, quality, or Engineer related functions.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, ISO compliance, audit management, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proven track record of leading multifunctional organizations and large-scale operational initiatives.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
