[Cymer, An ASML Company] System Build Technician (DUV Laser system)

Introduction to the job

Cymer technician performs assembling equipment in a production line for DUV laser system. This role also operates and troubleshoots production equipment and performs minor adjustments as necessary.

Role and responsibilities

DUV 레이저 시스템 생산 라인에서 장비 및 전기·기계 모듈 조립을 수행하고, 기본적인 트러블슈팅을 통해 안정적인 생산을 지원

• Use of various electrical measuring devices and tools.
• Experience in assembling high-capacity electrical modules.
• Meet specifications, produce a quality product, work defect free work and meet production goals.
• Production operators to train and/or perform the tasks of the other associates in the area as needed.
• Communicate with other operators and supervisor to discuss any problems.
• Support other functions within the team/department.
• Must be able to work with others in a team environment.
• Place safety in the workplace above all else and follow safety guidelines.
• Work overtime and other duties as needed.
• Cleans and maintains work area. (5S)
• Assists mechanics and machinists in repair work.
• Work with a team to assemble entire products or components
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Education and experience

• High School diploma or Associate degree in relevant field
• 2~4 years of mechanical or electrical assembly where troubleshooting is required.
• Prefer to have an experience about electric devices, modules and any physical assembles.

• English fluency is more required than other Technician position
