Analyst I, Global Business Fulfillment

You will be responsible in managing customer orders and shipment schedule for on-time delivery and meeting revenue targets.

• Manage regional order fulfilment, coordinate shipment arrangements based on delivery schedules, and reporting.
• Maintain system accuracy and operational visibility.
• Drive achievement of quarterly revenue targets.
• Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders for seamless fulfilment.

• Drive end-to-end order fulfilment and ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage booking, billing, backlog, and support revenue targets.
• Perform fulfilment validation with Sales, BU, and customers.
• Analyze and report business performance.
• Coordinate across Factory, Logistics, and Operations for shipment plans.
• Act as key interface across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee daily operations and optimize resources.
• Implement process improvements and adapt to business changes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain and Logistics or related field.
• Relevant working experience in customer service / order fulfillment.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal & negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Analytical, resourceful problem-solver with solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration capability.
• Proficient in Excel, analytical tools, and Oracle ERP.
• Strong communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Project management capability.
