Production Worker III, Caps Front Line

• The production worker will be responsible for utilizing skills, equipment, and tools to produce products, to meet quality and quantity and delivery target with safety operation and high 5S maintenance. He will assist technician to fix simple or routine problems, or assisting on regular machine PM.

• Follows working instructions to produce products.
• Follows working instructions to record in-progress quality / production data.
• Follows working instructions for shift change.
• Reports on time situations and/or issues immediately to superior.
• Maintains 5S for the production area.
• Follows company policies and procedures. (Such as Attendance Policy, Safety Policy etc.).

• Works together with other department employees for quality and productivity continuous improvement etc.

   

Knowledge & Experience requirements

• 1+ year experience as operator.
• Basic machine Knowledge.
• Good hand and hand-eye coordination skills.

Education Requirements

• High School/ Technical School /College with technical level

• Carefulness and patience.
