Full Description

Point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding compliance and data protection law
Establishing, developing, and maintaining the compliance and data protection management system; depending on experience, assuming responsibility for specific areas in projects
Participation in data protection and compliance-related projects
Close collaboration with teams and stakeholders
Contribution to the development and implementation of privacy policies, guidelines, agreements, and contracts
Support for the whistleblowing system and the handling of compliance incidents
Support and participation in training sessions, awareness campaigns, and communication initiatives, as well as active involvement in training programs

A degree in law (1st and/or 2nd state examination) or business law (bachelor’s and/or master’s degree)
Additional qualifications in compliance or data protection are desirable
At least 2 years of professional experience in a compliance department or in data protection law is advantageous
Knowledge in the areas of anti-corruption, anti-fraud, antitrust law, and data protection is advantageous
Very good proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Word
Good English skills are a mandatory requirement
