Role Overview:
As a Configuration Control & Documentation Engineer, you will manage configuration control activities for multidisciplinary products throughout their lifecycle. You will lead Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), documentation updates, BOM changes, and product release processes while working closely with Engineering, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and controlled product documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end ECO process, including ECO preparation, follow-up approval, implementation, and documentation release.
- Maintain and control product documentation, including drawings, specifications, BOMs, part numbers, assemblies, and revision history.
- Support the transfer of multidisciplinary products from R&D to production, including BOM readiness, documentation completeness.
- Review and support documentation related to mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, wiring, cable design, and electronic board assemblies.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, R&D, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Marketing, and subcontractors.
