Key Responsibilities

고객 문의(전화/이메일) 대응 및 문제 해결 (Troubleshooting)
현장 방문을 통한 기술 지원 및 복잡한 이슈 대응
Distributor / SI / End-user 대상 기술 교육 진행
고객 케이스 관리 (RMA, Service & Support)
Global Product Support 및 APAC 팀과 협업
고객 이슈 분석(RCA) 및 성능 개선 지원
서비스 KPI 관리 및 장기 미해결 이슈 최소화
고객 및 파트너사와의 관계 구축 및 만족도 향상

※ 국내 출장 중심 (최대 60%), 일부 해외 출장 포함

Qualifications

공학/컴퓨터 관련 학사 이상
로봇/자동화/장비 산업 경력 3년 이상
Field Service 또는 Customer Support 경험 3년 이상
자동화 장비/기계/전자 시스템 이해
한국어/영어 필수 (Mandarin 우대)
문제 해결 능력 및 고객 대응 커뮤니케이션 역량

우대사항

C++ / Java / Python 등 프로그래밍 경험
Factory 장비/생산 환경 경험
글로벌 기업 근무 경험
