Opportunity Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join the SEG PMO in Haifa. In this role, you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex engineering programs, collaborating with global teams across engineering, operations, finance, and sales. You will be the central point of contact for program status, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Program Execution:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of engineering programs from concept to customer delivery.
• Define program scope, schedule, and budget baselines in collaboration with engineering and functional leads.
• Track program milestones, identify deviations, and drive corrective actions to maintain commitments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (hardware, software, systems, manufacturing) across multiple geographies.

Stakeholder & Risk Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers on program status and deliverables.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks; escalate issues as appropriate.
• Prepare and present executive-level program reviews and status reports.

Process & Continuous Improvement:

• Apply and promote PMO best practices, tools, and methodologies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and reporting frameworks.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in project or program management in a technology or engineering environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong professional proficiency in Hebrew and English (written and spoken) is required.

Preferred:

• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Strong knowledge of the semiconductor test & measurement industry is a significant advantage — familiarity with ATE platforms, test cell architecture, or semiconductor manufacturing workflows will set candidates apart.
