Job Summary & Responsibilities

• Managerial role responsible for major key accounts including Rapidus, KIOXIA, Sony, Micron, and JASM.
• Oversee schedule management, act as the primary customer interface, regular meetings, and manage installation and PM activities.
• Service revenue management.
• Escalation management.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment or metrology and inspection systems
• Experience in customer management
• Experience in sales and revenue management processes
